Privacy
What we collect, what we never collect, and who else sees it.
The short version
We ask for an email address, because that is how a pass reaches you. We keep a random token in a cookie so the site can tell one visitor from another. We never see your card. We do not sell anything about you to anybody, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your name if you give it
- Collected when you start a free trial or buy a pass. The email is what the pass is attached to and where the sign-in link is sent. The name is optional and is used only to address you in that email and on your receipt.
- A session token

A random string in a cookie named
us_sess. It contains no personal information — it is a number that lets the site recognise the same browser between page loads, so that a trial or a pass stays open. - A one-way hash of your IP address
- We do not store IP addresses. We store a salted hash of one, which cannot be turned back into the address, and we use it only to stop one person taking the same free trial repeatedly.
- Counts of what you opened
- Which company pages and exports an account has used, and on what day, so the fair-use limits in our terms can be applied. These records are deleted after 90 days.
- Analytics
- Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visited and which pages they read. It is the same property as eduinvesting.in and the India terminal, so a visit that starts on an article and continues here counts once. Google sets its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy.
What we never collect
Card details. Payment happens on Kelviq's own checkout. Your card number never reaches this site or its servers, and we could not store it if we wanted to. We are told an order was paid, for how much, and which email it belongs to.
Storage in your browser
Besides the us_sess cookie, this site keeps two things in your
browser's local storage: your light-or-dark theme choice, and — if you
are signed in — a short-lived access token that expires within twelve
hours. Both stay on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Who else sees your data
- Kelviq
- Our merchant of record. They process the payment and hold the billing relationship, including your card and billing address, under their own privacy policy.
- eduinvesting.in
- When you pay, your email address and name are passed to our main site so that an account can be created there and your sign-in link emailed to you. It is the same organisation, not a third party.
- Analytics only, as described above.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Usage counts are deleted after 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as we are required to keep records of a sale. Your email address and the account attached to it are kept while your account exists, so that a pass you bought can still be restored to you. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Write to contact@eduinvesting.in to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within two working days. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, but a trial or pass will not be remembered between visits.
Changes and law
The date below is when this policy last changed. It is governed by Indian law, and does not remove any protection you have under the data-protection law of the country you live in.
