What this service is, what a pass covers, and the rules that come with it.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by EduInvesting ("we", "us"), which also operates eduinvesting.in and the India terminal at terminal.eduinvesting.in. Write to us at contact@eduinvesting.in; we reply within two working days.

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What this service is — and is not

The US Terminal is data tooling. It presents financial statements, derived ratios, ownership records and filing activity for companies listed in the United States, and it lets you search, sort, compare and export them.

It is not investment advice. We are not registered investment advisers or research analysts in any jurisdiction, and we are not SEBI-registered. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and nothing on it is personalised to your circumstances. Any decision you take after reading it is yours alone.

Figures are derived from public company filings and end-of-day market data. We take care with them, but we do not warrant that they are complete, accurate or current, and you should verify anything that matters to you against the original source before acting on it. Past performance says nothing about future results.

3. Passes and accounts

Some pages are free and need no account. The rest are opened by a pass, bought for a fixed term, or by a free trial. Full details of what each covers are on the pricing page.

A pass is for one person. Buying one creates an account on eduinvesting.in and a sign-in link is emailed to you, so that your access follows you between devices. Do not share that link or your account: access is granted per person, and we may withdraw it if one account is used by several people.

A pass does not renew automatically. There is no subscription and no stored card. When the term ends, access stops until you choose to buy again.

Passes are per product. A pass for this terminal opens this terminal only; the India terminal, the articles and the courses are separate products with separate prices.

4. Fair use

A pass is for reading. It is not a data licence, and it does not permit you to scrape the site, to republish or resell what you find here, to feed it into a product you distribute, or to use it to build a competing dataset.

To keep the service usable for everyone there are limits on the volume one account may pull: 150 company pages a day and 1,500 a month, and 20 spreadsheet exports a day and 150 a month. These are generous for reading and restrictive for harvesting, which is their purpose. We may adjust them, and we may suspend an account that is plainly working around them.

Exported spreadsheets are watermarked with the account that downloaded them.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the site up and its figures current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Data pipelines run on a schedule and can fail; a page may occasionally be stale or incomplete. We do not offer a service level agreement, and an outage does not by itself entitle you to a refund — though if the site is unusable for a meaningful part of your term, write to us and we will put it right.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Kelviq, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller shown on your receipt. Kelviq's own buyer terms apply to the transaction itself. Any sales tax or VAT due where you live is calculated and charged by Kelviq and is included in the total shown before you confirm. We never receive or store your card details.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Ending access

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms have been broken — in particular clause 4 — and where we do so for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your term.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with this service is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the foot of this page is when they last changed. A change that materially reduces what an existing pass covers will not be applied to that pass before its term ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur — the same as for eduinvesting.in. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
