In the last quarter of 2024, the management has decided to implement a strategic transition in the Company’s business to expand into the sales of functional skincare products and launched this functional skincare business. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the functional skincare business accounted for 100% of our total revenue. We launched our training services in October 2024 in connection with our functional skincare product sales. Our training services are designed to assist our customers, including store owners and distributors, but are also open to other individuals or entities not associated with us, in training and onboarding sales personnel, executing marketing campaigns and generating customer leads. We offer training in skincare marketing, as well as skincare service techniques and affiliate store operational management. For marketing training, we provide instruction on promotional material design and production, short-form video production, sales scripts, and the planning and execution of quarterly and annual promotional campaigns. To enhance the marketing effectiveness of our affiliate stores, our training programs also include incentive scheme design, product selection and presentation, and customized group training services delivered through WeChat chat groups. For new personnel associated with our affiliate stores, we offer a structured 30-day online marketing training program.
