B. Business Overview We are a growth company developing a non-invasive neural input interface in the form of a wearable wristband for controlling digital devices using subtle finger gestures and hand movements. Since our technology was introduced to the market in 2014, we have been working with both B2B and B2C customers as part of our push-pull strategy. We are now in the early stages of commercializing our technology into B2C markets and with B2B potential partners. At the same time, starting in December 2023, we have commenced shipment of the Mudra Band, our first B2C consumer product, and aftermarket accessory band for Apple Watch that enables gesture control across Apple ecosystem devices such as iPhone, Mac computer, Apple TV, iPad and Apple Vision Pro, inter alia. In September 2024, we launched the Mudra Link, a universal neural band to control multiple Operating Systems, or OS, devices. The Mudra Link has been sold and shipped regularly since February 2025.
