Overview We are a biotechnology company focused on human diagnostics and diabetes management solutions, including wearable biosensors. Following the acquisition of the biosensor assets of Waveform Technologies Inc. (“Waveform”) in 2024, we have been developing a range of biosensor devices and related services, beginning with a continuous glucose monitoring (“CGM”) product. Through our subsidiaries, we develop, acquire, manufacture and market medical diagnostic products for the clinical laboratory and point‑of‑care segments of the diagnostic market. Our products are used to detect autoimmune, infectious and sexually transmitted diseases, disorders of the liver and intestine, and to monitor markers for diabetes. We market our portfolio of several hundred products to customers in approximately 100 countries around the world through our own sales force and a network of international distributors and strategic partners.
