Inventories, primarily consisting of marine gas oil and low sulfur fuel oil. Inventories are stated at the lower of cost or net realizable value, with net realized value represented by estimated selling prices in the ordinary course of business, less reasonably predictable costs of disposal and transportation. Residual values for vessels The Company determines the residual value of finance lease vessels based on the lightweight of the vessels valued at the metal scrap prices quoted by vessel demolition markets. The Company reassess the estimated residual value of the vessel once in every 5 years .
