We are developing therapeutics that are designed to leverage INTASYL to precisely target specific proteins that reduce the body’s ability to fight cancer, without the need for specialized formulations or drug delivery systems. We are committed to discovering and developing innovative cancer treatments for patients by creating new pathways toward a cancer-free future. The Company operates with a single operating segment and a single reportable segment. Our Pipeline INTASYL compounds are designed to precisely target specific proteins that reduce the body’s ability to fight cancer, without the need for specialized formulations or drug delivery systems, and are designed to make immune cells more effective in killing tumor cells. Our efforts are focused on developing immuno-oncology therapeutics using our INTASYL technology. We have demonstrated preclinical activity against multiple gene targets including PD-1, BRD4, CTLA-4, TIGIT and CTGF and have demonstrated preclinical efficacy in both direct-to-tumor injection and adoptive cell therapy (“ ACT ”) applications with our INTASYL compounds.
