The company

General We are the owner of the Rochas brand, the Goutal brand, which was subject to an existing license that expired on December 31, 2025, the Lanvin brand name and trademark for our class of trade, Off-White, which was also subject to an existing license that expired on December 31, 2025, and the proprietary brand Solférino, a collection of niche fragrances which we launched in 2025. In addition, we have built a portfolio of licensed prestige brands whereby we produce and distribute our prestige fragrance products under license agreements with brand owners. Under license agreements, we obtain the right to use the brand name, create new fragrances and packaging, determine positioning and distribution, and market and sell the licensed products, in exchange for the payment of royalties. Our rights under license agreements are also generally subject to certain minimum sales requirements and advertising expenditures as are customary in our industry.
