Local Focus We believe automotive retailing is fundamentally local, and that success is earned market by market through strong customer relationships, brand representation and service capabilities. Our strategy emphasizes a local-market focus to maximize lifetime customer value across new and used vehicle sales, parts, service and collision operations, which we may not fully realize when vehicles are sold outside our markets. While we operate at scale across the U.S. and U.K., our strategy is centered on building density within defined markets, allowing us to better serve customers, improve retention and increase share of garage across the vehicle ownership lifecycle.
