The company

We were formerly known as Mercer Park, were incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on April 16, 2019. We are a vertically integrated cannabis company that operates in the state of California. We, through our subsidiaries cultivate, manufacture, and distribute cannabis bulk flower and trim to wholesalers and consumer packaged goods to third-party retail stores in the state of California. We also own and operate retail cannabis stores in the state of California. Our subordinate voting shares, restricted voting shares and limited voting shares (collectively, the “Equity Shares”), and common share purchase warrants are listed on the Neo Exchange Inc. (the “Neo Exchange”), trading under the symbols “GLAS.A.U” and “GLAS.WT.U”, respectively. The Equity Shares and common share purchase warrants also trade on the OTCQX in the United States under the symbols GLASF and GHBWF, respectively.
