The company

Overview We are not a Chinese operating company, but an offshore holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands conducting our business through our wholly-owned subsidiary in China. We provide a number of business services in China to young and emerging companies including (i) corporate business training services, which mainly focus on advanced knowledge and new perspectives on the capital markets, (ii) corporate consulting services, which mainly focus on various aspects of fundraising, (iii) advisory and transaction services, (iv) sales of devices to support data collection and analysis and (v) sales of robots. Our main clients are entrepreneurs and executives in small and medium enterprises (“SMEs”) in China. Additionally, in 2025, our new subsidiary in Colorado, USA, commenced the business of selling robots and made sales to a Hong Kong company during the year, generating some revenue. Corporate business training, corporate consulting, advisory and transaction services, sales of devices to support AI data collection and analysis, sales of robots, and other revenue constituted approximately 5%, 2%, 2%, 83%, 6% and 2%, respectively, of our continuing operations during the year ended December 31, 2025.
