The company

History and Development of the Company CoinShares PLC (formerly Odysseus Holdings Limited) is a company incorporated under the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands on August 29, 2025. On the Closing Date, the Company consummated the Business Combination pursuant to the Business Combination Agreement, because of which CSIL became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and the Company became a publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq. Our Company CoinShares is an asset manager specialized in digital assets operating institutional-grade platforms with integrated capital markets capabilities, combining recurring fee-based revenues with balance sheet-driven, yield-oriented returns. The Company operates at the intersection of traditional financial markets and blockchain-based assets, providing investors with regulated and operationally robust access to digital asset exposures through familiar investment structures.
