History and Development of the Company China Natural Resources, Inc. was incorporated in the BVI on December 14, 1993, and is a company limited by shares incorporated under the BVI Business Companies Act. We are not a Chinese operating company but a BVI holding company with operations conducted by our subsidiaries established in the PRC.
