What this is
A screener, a filings feed and a company page, for every company listed in the United States.
What you can do with it
The screener
Sort and filter the whole list on any of the figures the site holds — returns, margins, growth, leverage, valuation — and open anything that looks interesting.
Discover is the same engine with the thinking already done: 16 pre-made screens across Quality, Growth, Value and Price, each carrying a live count so you know how much is behind it before you click.
For anything the controls do not cover there is a query language —
roe > 18 and de < 0.5 and sales_g5 > 12 — and it
will search the text of filings as readily as the numbers.
The company page
One page per company, and it runs top to bottom rather than hiding behind tabs: price and technicals, the three statements quarterly and annually, growth and ratios, revenue split by segment, who owns it, what the insiders have been doing, the peers it is worth reading against, and every filing it has made.
Anything you can read there you can take away as a spreadsheet — the whole filed history of one company in one workbook.
Filings, events and intent
A feed of what has just been filed, with the form, the company and a line saying what the filing actually said — so a list of 8-Ks becomes a list of things that happened.
Events is that feed cut by kind, and Intent is the one most sites do not carry at all: insiders filing notice of a sale before they make it.
Investors, and side by side
35,000 institutional managers, each with what they hold, what they bought and what they sold — and the join back to our own prices, so a position is a position in something you can then go and read.
Compare puts filers next to each other on the same lines, which is the only way most of these numbers mean anything.
Three things that are hard to find elsewhere
Most of what is here you could assemble from four or five free sites. These three are the ones you could not.
An insider who intends to sell files notice first, and that notice carries the date the selling plan was adopted. A plan adopted shortly before the sale is a different fact from one adopted a year earlier, and both are on the page.
Revenue split the way the company itself splits it — by product, by segment, by region — for every filer that reports one. It answers "how does this actually make money" without anybody having to write a paragraph about it.
Every filing in the feed carries a line saying what was in it. A form number tells you a company filed something; the line tells you whether it matters.
The screener, Discover, the filings feed and the investor pages cost nothing and need no account. Company pages are what a pass opens.
